Course of Study

The standard duration for this degree course is 2 years (4 semester).

The Master's program is based on a modular structure. In the first 2 semesters subject cycles include:

  1. Material Flow Management
  2. Production- and Environmental Management
  3. Sustainable Corporate Management
  4. Operations Management and Logistics
  5. Marketing
  6. Controlling
  7. Tax and Finance
  8. Applied Marcoeconomics

Students have to enroll in at least 5 out of the 8 modules. Moduels in the third semester include electives and project work and can be choosen individually by each student. Students also have the option to participate in an exchange semester at a university abroad instead. This ensures flexibility depending on future career plans.

The fourth semester is reserved for the Master thesis. With this final dissertation students demonstrate their ability to independently resolve a subject-related problem by applying scientific research methods within a given time frame. Students have 6 months to complete their thesis.
